The National Department of State Borders and Boundaries is pleased to announce the update of its three IDE DIFROL applications on the institutional website, now available in a new optimized version. This update features enhanced color palettes specifically designed to provide greater clarity and contrast, making data interpretation easier.

It is also important to mention that color palettes suitable for people with color blindness were implemented, improving the understanding and visualization of the information DIFROL makes available to the public.

One of the updated applications is the Map Viewer, which displays DIFROL territorial information layers, such as the International Border, Border Crossings, Boundary Markers, among others.

Additionally, as part of this update, the Story Maps were also improved. These highlight relevant information about the Integration and Border Committees, providing users with a more comprehensive geographic context.

The update of these applications was carried out using specialized ArcGIS software, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data presented in the maps.
