On May 23 and 24, 2023, the “XXXIII Meeting of the NOA Integration Committee – Norte Grande” was held in the city of San Salvador de Jujuy-Argentina, which was chaired by the Director of Limits and Borders of the Ministry of Foreign Relations, International Trade and Worship of the Argentine Republic, Minister Gabriel Servetto, and co-chaired by the Director of Borders (s) of the National Directorate of Borders and Limits of the State of the Republic of Chile, Mr. Iván Páez.

The aforementioned officials, together with the Governor Elect of the Province of Jujuy, Dr. Carlos Sadir, were in charge of the inaugural ceremony. At the opening, the authorities highlighted the enormous possibilities represented by the development of the Bi-Oceanic Corridor, also agreeing on the relevance of joining efforts to improve, simplify and streamline border processes.
