On 21 September 2021, the National Director of Border Zones and International Boundaries, Ambassador Ximena Fuentes Torrijo, participated as a speaker at the online seminar “Transboundary Freshwater Security Governance Train” organized by Global Water Partnership (GWP) and Wuhan International Water Law Academy (IWLA).

During the session, focused on International Water Law and Dispute Resolution, the Director spoke about the Silala case before an international audience of academics and students.
