Officials Mrs. Carmen Gloria García and Mrs. Marta Mateluna of the DIFROL, together with the Representative of Carabineros in DIFROL, Colonel Rodrigo Castro, went on October 29, 2024, to the "Eduardo Becerra Bascuñán School", located in the Achupalla sector, Putaendo Commune, to make a deliver of school supplies for students and teachers of said school.

Mid-Term Meeting Chile-Perú 2024
In Arica, on August 20, 2024, in compliance with Article 8 of the Regulations of the Chile-Peru Border Integration and Development Committee (CIDF), the delegations of both countries met, chaired by the Director of Borders, Mr. Pedro Pablo Silva Sánchez, and by Minister Raúl Hidalgo Gallegos, Director of Border Development and Integration of the General Directorate of the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.

DIFROL Officials Participate as Speakers in International Seminar on Management of Boundary Issues
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, in conjunction with the José Joaquín Hungría Morell International Geographic Institute and the Dominican National Section of the Pan American Institute of Geography and History, organized the first International Seminar focused on “Chile's Experience in the Management of Border Issues”, where officials from our DIFROL had an outstanding participation.
